I found Cynthia Eastman under Suncrest Real Estate & Development while searching for a real estate agent to help find a house in the Prescott area. She presently works through Hassayampa Realty Services. Based on another person?s positive review, I called Cynthia. Cynthia was very professional and well organized when we first met. She had done a search for properties based on my criteria and also included additional houses to provide an idea of what was available in the area. I decided to use her as a buyer?s broker. It was a good decision. We eventually decided to purchase a foreclosure. She was very knowledgeable about the issues with foreclosures. She was always on top of what needed to be done. She recommended a very good mortgage person and home inspector. She did a lot of searching to find out about the house, the area, and the issues that arose and we found out more about the history of the house and subdivision. She represented me well and I were able to close on what I think, and hope in today?s economy, is a good deal. I recommend Cynthia to anybody who is looking for a house in the Prescott area.
