I hired someone else

This job has not been started. We placed our deposit on May 19th knowing that we would have to wait for an installation date. Hopefully by the end of July. When completed I would be happy to submit a revue. The stars are marked because the survey will not let me submit without marking something.

This was our second stone countertop installation. The first was in another locale, this one in Prescott. The installation by Greenlee was so superior to the other in fit and finish that we are looking forward to having them do some work in the master bath. AAA+

We bought high-quality well known brand nylon carpeting based on Julies recommendation and the pad recommended by Matt, for which we felt we paid top-dollar. Four and a half years later, it looks worn out. We have tried to speak with Matt about our concerns, and although Julie answers the phone, we have never been contacted by Matt. We would appreciate some customer service regarding our prematurely worn out carpet, crinkling pad and any options available for remedying this situation. We have tried to contact Matt for over two months. We will never recommend or use this company again.

Owner Matt was great, always returned phone calls promptly. The actual installers did good work, they were just not always on the job when they said they were going be.

I hired local to get someone who would be there if I needed anything, the company hired outside the area, service man did not clean up after, cut the tile in kitchen and entry way putting down tile, had to "piece meal" the last room as measurements were not accurate and did not have enough carpet. not enough info on carpet, really disappointed in quality,

Matt delivered our project on time and on budget and also gave us some great ideas for additional projects we were looking at. Friendly team. Our place is difficult to get to but Matt and his team made it every day!

Matt, the owner and all of the employees I encountered were professional and courteous. Matt is insightful, thinks of things that I did not think of. Would recommend and use again if the need arises.

Not only have we had flooring installed in bathroom, kitchen, soon to be family room, they have also gutted a shower gone wrong, not by them, they are doing it correctly, we are so excited about the fantastic job that has been done throughout.. Plus the fact that there is always clean up that they haul away, and the job is always done in a very neat way, with them laying done drop clothes throughout the entire walk way that they will be using... Very professional.

Professional and easy to work with Excellent suggestions

We initially met with Matt Greenlee at his shop in the Prescott Design Center in mid march. At that time we picked out hardwood for our entry, living room, dining room and hall way. He also showed us various tile for our bathrooms and kitchen and advised us to go to a tile place to see the various patterns laid out. After we choose the tile he came out and measured and promptly emailed us quotes for the job. We signed off on the quotes , gave a deposit, and within two weeks we had our gorgeous floors. We loved the floors so much we then had Matt put in new quartz countertops in two bathrooms - wonderful! Throughout this process Matt, Julie in the office and the workers were very pleasant to deal with. Matt was very helpful with design & product ideas. Everyone kept to the time schedule & Matt & Julie were always available by cell for any questions or concerns. The subs did excellent work, were on time & always respected our home. Given the high quality of the work performed I consider the charges quite reasonable and highly recommend Greenlee Designer Surfaces.
