Everytime I go there, there is always an unexpected charge for an unexpected repair they never clear with me. But it is the only Ford Dealer in town that is close to my home.

They're just excellent. I know a lot of people don't recommend taking your car to the dealership, but I've had the best of luck here. They're honest, they tell you what needs to be done. I trust them, and this is all based on ten years of experience with them.
