DAVE'S AUTO REPAIR

He is very personable, very nice. When i drove out it heard the car dragging and a sound in the engine, the belt was off, the gears at the bottom were dragging. Right over he went and got a new belt and fixed it. It was my first time there and i had a really bad experience. He was responsive.

About 1pm on Wednesday July 3, when other shops were closing down for the 4th of July holiday, I called Dave's to report that our 2005 Subaru Forester 2.5XT coolant had just mysteriously drained on to the garage floor. I had the car towed to Dave's and expected to hear from them on Friday or Saturday. Miraculously he called before 5pm that day and said the work was DONE! He had diagnosed the problem, a leaky hose, and had replaced it and the coolant and the car was ready! If that wasn't good enough, he trusted me to pick up the car without paying him first as he was leaving for the day. Unbelievable in this day and age.

I had taken my 2002 Ford Explorer Sport to the Ford Service Center 2 X for this air Conditioner Problem. They charged me well over 350.00, on each visit, and my air was terrible!! NOT cold, like it was when I bought the Ford, but cooler than outside. I thought that was the best it was ever going to get, because of the year (2002) of my Ford, (which has ONLY 40,000 miles on it)
I WAS WRONG!!!! Dave fixed my air like my Car was new again!! :) I was even Cold after a few moments!! He also changed my oil, rotated my tires, and checked all my hoses and fluids............all for 110.00!!!!!!
Since my Husband and I are new to Prescott, from California, we have now found our Car Guy!! DAVE'S AUTO REPAIR!!

A sevice appointment was scheduled in a short time. Dave's took my car in right away and finished the quality work while I had lunch at a fast food outlet. The price was very reasonable, and my car ran very well after service.

They gave me quite a deal when I came here, and they treated me very well. The quality is very good and their prices are much better than the competition. This is a very professional place and I will be using them in the future for sure!
