Cleaned three bedrooms, hall, closet, and living room. Also did all the tile in kitchen, entry, and master bath.

Bruce showed up on time and ready to go. There are 2 companies with the name Crown carpet cleaning, but Bruce's company goes by Crown Carpet Cleaning of Prescott, and Bruce is the owner. He has a truck mounted steam cleaning extraction system, which is the best kind. I have used other types of carpet cleaning in the past, and they just don't clean the carpets like this type. It extracts all the dirt by heavy suction. Bruce put plastic corners on all the wall corners to protect the paint from being rubbed by the long hose. (I just moved here, and my last carpet cleaner didn't do this at my old house.) Bruce got out all the stains and the carpet looks clean and fresh. I would definitely use Crown Carpet Cleaning of Prescott again in the future. He was very easy to communicate with, and I really thought he was very concerned about doing the best job possible.

This was a very good experience. We had bought a 2nd home in Dewey and the carpets and tile in kitchen, bathroom and laundry room needed cleaning. The previous owner had large dogs and children so there were accidents over the course of the years. The carpets had a number of stains and various other problems. This was the only carpet company I called that actually came out to the house and looked everything over and pointed out the problem areas, what could be cleaned and what was beyond help, and gave me an accurate estimate for the total cost. I had only planned on getting the carpets done, but before he had left I had decided to get the tile done too. Their equipment is so much better than the little carpet cleaning units I have rented in the past. I very seldom paid a professional for rug cleaning, but in this case I am very glad I did. The super heated steam they used and various pretreatments made everything much better. (You can't beat that steam for killing all sorts of tiny critters that might be living in your carpets.) Several days later two spots appeared that neither of us had seen before. He came by the very next day and went over those spots and probably 100 square feet around them at no additional cost. He seemed to really enjoy his work and truly wanted every customer to be very happy, and I was very happy. Since I was new to the area, he was also very helpful in recommending a number of other people to try for other services. His and quot;ratesand quot; were reasonable in my opinion based on the local market there.
