Horrible experience from the start.  They lied to us and the insurance company.  They actually told us that the could not paint our walls blue (they were green).  It would take more than one coat of paint.  Please know this job was almost a complete repair with floors/walls/ceilings and 6 or 7 rooms in total.
The company hired a contractor which they fired because they wouldn't pay him what he was worth, then didn't tell us and started with their other contractors.  They lied to insurance telling them that they could not access the house, when in fact they had a lock box on the door week prior.  They didn't want the job, only the insurance money, they were up front easy to work with, but really turned out to take way to much time and didn't even cover the washer and dry once they did start MUDDING THE CEILING.  I can't say why my washer went on the fritz after the job done (in November), but I have my thoughts about it.
I don't ever want to hear from them again.  Their bid was so bad even the second adjuster had issues with it.

Extensive water damage to daylight basement area due to a water pipe break. Insurance gave us the choice of selecting all of the individual contractors we would need or using a single company to coordinate all of the repairs. We chose Concept Builders to handle everything.
It was a mess! (The basement.) Concept Builders controlled every part of the work from scheduling contractors to diligent quality control. Everyone showed up in the right order for getting the tasks completed. We were contacted regularly by someone from Concept Builders, checking to make sure contractors showed up when they were supposed to and that they did good work. I was encouraged to call Concept Builders at any time including nights and weekends if needed. I called a few times with questions and, when I had to leave messages or ask for a return call from a specific person, I was called back promptly.
I could not be more pleased with Concept Builders and recommend them without reservation.
I can't comment on price because all we paid was our insurance deductible.

Rod assesed the roof conmmeting on the broken tile. -The roofers broke them and were affecting repairs. As Rod walked I heard another break. -good thing I had spares. Rod's initial sheet rock guy discovered another 4"x5" patch that State Farms cleanup crew missed. I just wish he had put down plastic before woking. Still dusting. After the first day stated that someone else would be over as he had to work on the boss'es pool. -left crumbling sheet rock. made him come back and get it. So what happen to the carpet cleaner? Rod's second guy was spot on. -well done. Rod's painter also spot on. -will submit him seperately. Rod's floor guy good work but what part of do not come before 9am do you not get? Called 3x times for directions @ 8am. Pulled me from shower twice.
