Chris was referred by my real estate agent, who recommended several other workers (handyman, plumber etc) who did NOT work out at all! But Chris made up for them. He understands old houses and was able to fix everything he needed short of a complete rewire. He is NOT cheap, but he is fast and meticulous, so while it was expensive I feel like I got an excellent value.
