Learned of Dave from a friend in 2011 and visited Prescott in May. Dave gave us pointers on area to investigate. Came back in September 2011 and visited a number of homes to see what was available. Kept in touch with Dave and returned in April 2012. Again toured a number of homes. Dave set up a internet application based on our area, type of home and other criteria. Monitored our "internet cart" and returned in September 2012 to again see homes and learn more about the real estate market in Prescott. Returned to Prescott in March 2013 and found our dream home.
