We were very satisfied with them. They did the job promptly. They did the job well. When there was a problem they came back and they fixed it without any other cost. And they came back and they checked up on it. We very much will recommend them. They certainly are not the cheapest. I will absolutely use them again.

They were not able to perform the services right away because they were busy but once they did the job I was satisfied. They will get a good job done.

They failed to notify us in advance of the installation.. To our suprise they showed up unannounced at 8am ready to begin work and we had to rush out and remove our cars so they could have access. The work was very professional and we are pleased with the results. They charged us what was quoted in their proposal.

The new roof is very attractive and I have the peace of mind knowing I don't have to worry about leaks. We had enough rain over the 2012 summer, that it has already been well tested. We got estimates from two of them and they were the highest. They came when they said they would come. He could not tell whether it was sole sheeting so he actually took some off to take a look. He was thorough and the estimate was easy to understand. The estimator was professional and courteous. I put in a request and it took a couple of days longer than the estimate I was given for them to come here but I think they are a good company and they did well. Their price was higher than the other estimate we got which was consistent with what I read.

I spent $20,000 on the job. I think they are a very honest company. They stick to their commitment. They are probably not the cheapest, but you do get what you are paying for. They are very busy. If you want to get them to do work for you, you have to get in touch with them early on. I do not want to comment on their price. I made a down payment in June 2011 and they came out only in December 2011 to do the work. There was a lag of several months before they showed up to do the work. I will use them again in the future.

Everything went well although the work was interrupted several times due to rain. However the workers left the roof in a watertight condition at all times. Project took about 6 days. It was a pleasure doing business with everyone involved in a professional and very timely manner from start to finish.

Estimator Brian, showed up on time and was very helpful and professional and answered every question I had concerning my roofing project. He also offered several cost saving suggestions that were appreciated and helped keep costs down. Received estimate the next day and chose Central Basin Roofing to perform the work over two other Roofing Companies based on costs, amount and quality of work to be performed and length of time in business in this area. Work started a couple of weeks later and was performed and completed in a high quality, timely manner. Work crew was friendly, respectful and eager to answer any questions we had. Performed final walkdown and found not a one single thing wrong, met every expectation I had. High quality work and looks great. Would recommend Central Basin Roofing to anyone!

It was on time, on budget and everything went exactly according to the contract.

They responded to a voicemail we left within a day or two. Their estimator arrived on schedule and faxed an estimate within a day. Work was accomplished within the window they gave. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would use them again.

Delivery was on time and the workers showed up on time. The crew of four cleaned up after the job and were very considerate. All questions about the job and warranty were answered to my satisfaction before signing the contract. I got three bids and this company was the highest, but better than the others in response and quality.
