Bill did a great job and really hustled to complete all the jobs in just a few hours, including a rebuild on the toilet. We have an older home (built in 1970) that posed a few challenges but we are very pleased with the quality of the work and the price.

Probably the first time this section of the gas line was ever used. They confirmed problem was not with flow into the house, then determined what section where the blockage was located. They then opened up the line in crawl space, and using air pressure, removed the blockage.

Oh yeah, they're good, they're good. We've had Brewer Plumbing Inc multiple times. They're good. They didn't seem outrageously expensive. They're on time. I give them A across the board. We have them down as our plumber of choice at this point.

The best part of the service was that someone actually showed up, and arrived on time. Too many contractors around here either say they'll call you back and don't; or even show up for an appointment.
I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Michael arrived right on time and was very friendly. (My St. Bernard liked him more than anyone else who has come into the house.) He performed the job efficiently and left me with a great deal of confidence in his work.
I will definitely use Brewer again, and I hope I would get Michael.

"We are deeply sorry you feel that way. Sometimes in plumbing things are not straight forward. Sometimes when turning off the water other appliances will bleed through and cause problems when trying to make pipe connections. It's not always easy to pin point the cause of the back flow. And a less experienced plumber would have been in real trouble in a situation like that. However our plumber was able to pull it together and get the job done. We've talked to the tech on how to better handle the situation the next time. We are deeply sorry you feel he came off unprofessional."

- Kevin is the tech who came to my property and fixed my issues. He was very friendly and knew his job. However on the
- receipt he wrote out for the items fixed and the hours on the job at my residence were wrong. Kevin did not show up till 8:35 am and he did not even have the right address on the work order. Just happened to be i was out in the front yard smoking a cigarette and he drove by and asked if I was waiting for a plumber.. The time I was charged for was off by 35 minutes. The receipt shows clearly that he arrived at 8:00 am which is wrong. I was charged a 1/2 hour labor more than he was on my job.

Rob Hausler, owner of Brewer Plumbing, came out on a number of visits to meet with us to discuss exactly what we wanted, provided us with an estimate of costs, and the work was performed in a timely manner. We trusted them to have a key to our home so that they could work on their schedule, and they will be back to do more work in the near future. We are very pleased with the service and professionalism at Brewer Plumbing. Would highly recommend them to all Prescottonians!
