Bolt Internet

Bolt Internet is more expensive than the wireless Internet competition, but you definitely get what you pay for. Bandwidth is fast--as good as you can hope for with this technology--and reliability is excellent.

Where we live, Mile High Networks appeared to be our only option.  They canceled our service abruptly after only a few weeks because we pointed out that it was not working well.  Their only tech solution was to cancel our service.  When I said that I didn't want to cancel, Jared, the owner, did it for me.  He also blocked my cell phone number and email so that I couldn't contact him.  We found ourselves with no access to the Internet and he didn't even give us time to find another provider ? it was late on a Friday afternoon.  His actions were totally insane and unjustified.  We have since learned that he did the same thing to another person in our development.

We asked around and discovered Bolt Internet.  They came highly recommended by several sources including the people who fix our computers.  We couldn't be happier.  Bolt is employee owned and the four people who we have met are all wonderful, knowledgeable, and very professional.  We are finally getting what we paid for.  We have their fastest service and it is well worth a few extra dollars for the performance.

We told two of the owners of Bolt about what happened and of our immediate need.  Though it was after 5:00 PM on a Friday they managed to have someone at our house by Tuesday Morning.  They had a full schedule and had to make an extra effort to accommodate us.

I have never been more pleased with any service provider.

The provider arrived promptly and worked carefully with the installation on the roof.  She was pleasant, efficient, and took time to answer any questions I had.  I was impressed by her, her attitude about her work, and appreciated her answers to my many questions.  She also explained that if we wanted to hook up a second computer in another room all we would need is a router.  She explained where to get this, its model number, etc.
I needed extra help figuring out how to connect up the router we bought and an associate tried helping on the phone.  The second computer is a bit older so I ended up taking it to their office.  Within minutes it was set up with the router.  Then all I had to do was plug in the router at home.  Now, at last, we have HIGH SPEED INTERNET even though we live in a rural area.
There was no charge for any of the services I received.  My monthly charge was less as we were on the 9th day of the month.
It is WONDERFUL to be able to use a local service with friendly, efficient support!  I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!
