Our TV was damaged from a lightning storm. I found BnG TV & Electronic Repair through a web search. I visited their website which gave me lots of information about cost. I called and scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out. The technician, Bill, was polite and professional. He assessed the damage, explained the possible problems, and gave us an estimate range - depending on the specifics of the problem. The service call was included in the estimate. Bill called as soon as the parts came in and scheduled our repair (the next day). He always gives a window of time (2 hours) for arrival and calls when he is on his way. Very appreciated! Bill fixed our TV and checked all the systems, making sure everything else worked. Again, he was extremely professional, polite, and prompt! The final cost was exactly within the range that was provided.
