They replaced a faulty sensor that was an after market part they installed 3 months prior. The part failed and they had to replace with an OEM part. They explained that with the electronics of todays cars that sometimes the original manufactured parts at times is the only one that will work in the long run. Charged us just the difference between the OEM part and aftermarket part that failed. An honesty and reliable auto repair shop.

Good service, by appointment, fairly prompt. Courteous, friendly. Rich Biel and/or his employees have serviced my cars (several Hondas and Toyotas) for over twenty years , ranging from regular routine service to occasional major repairs.
Rich will always tell me of items he considers will need attention, and whether such items are urgent, or something that can wait until a later appointment without risk of major problems.

Great experience from oil change to engine work.

Good, pleasant service from start to finish. Included looking for my VW part (without success b/c a specialty item). After I found the part, they installed it at the time and place so arranged ! These people have experience and can be trusted, as I know from family with experience 10 years ago.

The mechanic who works on Porsches is very knowledgeable. They let me know they would need to research the problem, however, since it wasn't something they'd encountered before.
They--Researched the problem,Advised me of two possible causes of the problem,Gave their recommendation,Performed the work I authorized,Let me know it would be in the shop for several days (diagnosis, ordering parts, honoring appointments already made by other customers).
The cost was, in my opinion, very reasonable.
I really give them a lot of credit for letting me know they needed to research the problem instead of just diving in and trying different fixes, at my expense. (It is an older model (2001) car.) Excellent support at the desk (Marci?) and the mechanic (Chris) spent time with me explaining the work.

They seem very reputable and trustworthy. So far I've been pleased with them. They are very forthright with their expectations of what needs to be done. They tell you without asking how much it's going to cost. They seem genuinely interested in their customers. Their prices are fair and comparable to everybody else's.

This company always does a great job and warns of potential future problems and suggests time lines for needed repairs or what needs to be checked or monitored.
