done on the decks did not meet building codes. Overcharged $23,000 for the entire project and admitted that in writing.
It was necessary to file a suit against the company to demand a return of the overcharged amount. The contractor (Scott Acklin) pleaded a financial inability to pay back the full amount and we were only able to recover $13,000 of amount owed.
