I delivered my Apple laptop and my husband's Windows desktop computers to Argosy. Being an absolute non-techie, I had no idea what to do to get them working efficiently again. Argosy was able to fix several issues on my laptop and kept it over night to defrag it. They charged only for the time they actually worked on it... not for time sitting in the back room. Our desktop had stopped working altogether. They were able to get that running in less than half an hour and charges were very reasonable for the time they spent on it.
