I have been very happy with their service. Most of the time, I don’t even see the guy when he comes, but occasionally I have been here. They just leave the receipt, and they send me a bill.

Overall effectiveness of the product seemed great - there was control of ants, centipedes, scorpions, etc..   They also baited for rodents which also worked.  However, the issue we  had was with spiders.  During the initial interview I specifically pointed out the spider problem we've been having.  To their credit, they did point out that spiders which are not on the ground may not be controlled since they do not spray the walls.  They did say they will breakdown webs which is what I expected.

This is where the issues began.  I noticed that after a service, that several spider webs in obvious and reachable locations were not addressed.  As services continued, it became obvious that the exterminator was in and out in a rush.  I finally called the main office and requested that they come out and address taking down webs as they promised.  The technician showed up, and to my surprise drove off within a few minutes without checking if everything was done to my satisfaction.  Several webs were still evident including a large one a banister leading up to the front door.  Nice big web with a large spider which would have been great for a Halloween decoration!

I've used various companies over the years, but this was the first one I fired for not performing what was promised.  Attention to detail is not one of their strengths most likely due to a rush get leave.

They use chemicals that want harm my dog and make sure that the chemicals aren't going into my fish pond, as it would harm them.  They are great and occasionally, spray for ant in my kitchen.

We do not have any bugs as long as they keep coming for service. When they stop their service, we do get bugs. We have a feral cat that we take care of and the guy that comes out makes sure the food is not harmed of the chemicals. We have used them for a long time. He always goes above the call of duty and we would recommend him to everybody.
