It's a very good company. It's a wonderful service and they're very conscientious.

The truck has been doing excellent. They ordered the motor from Phoenix. They did all the work and it had been doing fine. The couple of people who work there, have worked at Dodge; so they know how to work on Dodge pick-ups. They have worked for 18 years, so they really knew about it. They did a very good job. They gave us 3 years warranty for the motor and I was really happy with that. The staff was professional and upbeat. They were easy to work with. Their estimate was pretty much in line with what they have to be done and what they said they were going to do, they did. There were no big surprises. In fact, my daughter will be using them as well.

I called Eric (owner of Action Automotive Repair) after trying a few other and quot;auto repairand quot; shops, and he was more than willing to purchase and install back-up sensors for my two vehicles........the other auto repair shops I talked to weren't interested. The local Ford dealer was interested....$700 to $900 interested....in doing the 2010 Pick-up truck and the local Jeep Dealer was interested at about the same amount. Eric did both vehicles for less than the dealers wanted for one vehicle.....plus, the work was very professionally done.
*I had the Ford truck's back-up sensors installed by Eric in Sept., 2012, and the Grand Cherokee's back-up sensors installed today, 10/17/12.
The total cost for the two vehicles was around $700 which was less than either Ford or Jeep quoted me for just one of the vehicles.
Everything went extremely smooth and it was a pleasure dealing with Eric.........being the owner he sure knows how to treat customers. I highly recommend Eric for your automotive repairs.....he's had a ton of years in the auto service industry, knows not only what he is talking about, but what he is doing, and treats you like you as a customer should be treated.
