The hair stylist was not qualified to perform this service. Prior to making an appointment, I described my hair condition in detail to ensure that they understood what would be entailed, I was assured that they had the skills to meet my expectations. The end result was very disappointing. The perm did not take around the top. They insisted that I did not know how to properly dry my hair in order to have the curl set in after a wash. They did agree to redo the top. Again, the stylist was very inept and slightly rude. The second time around was only slightly better. When I expressed my disappointment, they stated that it was the best they could do and it was the fault of my hair. I have been getting perms for 20 years. I have never walked out of a salon with straight hair. Now, not only do I not have curl on top but my hair is extremely dry from being over processed.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable. The way the have the whole place set up is very welcoming, clean and pleasant. It is very good. If they want to go to someone who knows what they are doing as far as any type of work, they how to do it.
