A horrible experience! Jared came over first thing in the morning to treat our trees, but took it upon himself to mess with the control valves for my sprinkler system. As a result of his actions, the sprinklers ended up being stuck on all day because a valve wouldn’t close. When I called him later that day, he claimed they were on when he arrived. Unbeknownst to him, I have cameras around my house and the recordings clearly show this not to be true -- the sprinklers were off. I have camera footage that clearly shows all sprinklers off when he accessed the valve box after arriving, then sprinklers on as he continues messing with the valve box, then him departing and leaving the sprinklers stuck on. Worse yet, he never mentioned the problem to anyone – he just left! I contacted Greg (the owner) and he expressed concern and told me they'd take care of the repairs. After the repairs were done by a qualified sprinkler repairman, I called Greg and he got very upset, refused to pay for anything, wasn't interested in seeing the camera footage, and ended up telling me to get a lawyer and hanging up on me. To this day, Greg Flippen refuses to pay for the damage and claims the sprinklers were malfunctioning when Jared got there – a completely false claim. Beware of this company and definitely don’t let them access your property without you being there.

Joe called an hour before his appt time, saying he was running a little ahead of schedule and did we mind.  Of course we didn't, so he arrived within minutes and got to work.  Very personable, professional, and knowledgeable.  Husband saw dead bugs in the garage before Joe even got out of the driveway, so it must be working.  We'll know more later, but we're happy with the service, and trust that if we had further problems, they'd get out here quick.
Before scheduling with Yavapai Exterminators, we'd contacted several others for bids.  Others were way higher, or big corporate businesses, trying to sell us services we didn't need or want.  Joe clarified whether we were interested in a one-time spray or a seasonal service, and that was it--no high pressure sales.  Very professional.

The owner does tree service also apart from pest control. We live in the forest, so we do enjoy his service because we have any concerns like bark beetles or any issues with my trees and he keeps a close watch on the trees as we have 2 acres of trees in our property. He had helped us through various stages of the bark beetles problem and other infestation that had happened. He is extremely knowledgeable. When I walk around with Greg, he talks down to my level of understanding and he doesn't use the tree terms. He is excellent and it is not cheap to do this kind of stuff. He really knows what he is doing.

They are really reliable. They always ask about the problem. If I have a problem in the middle of the month, they would come out and take care of it as a part of the monthly deal. They make extra trips without extra charge. The things seem to be under control and I don't have a pest problem. The price is fair.
