THUNDERBIRD PROPERTY INSPECTION

Excellent. Thoroughly checked house, ran all appliances, tested the fireplace, crawled in the attic, on the roof, etc... I felt I got my money's worth, as the buyer. I've subsequently exchanged email concerning questions on how to deal with certain items that are different from my previous house. Such professionalism wasn't the case with a different inspection company when I was the seller. That company looked for any excuse NOT to inspect items. It took me all of 10 minutes to remedy the items they wouldn't inspect (after 6 hour drive back to the property).  Its that companies lack of professionalism that made me appreciate the quality of the service I received from Thunderbird.

Description of Work: Carl Johnson did a complete home inspection. Member Comments: This is my compliant, I first had a home inspector do the who I personally know by the name of Jason Hale. He did my initial inspection but he was not qualified to do the electrical or plumbing, so he recommended Carl Johnson. Jason Hale's company name is Core Structure Group, he called Carl and told him all I needed done was the plumbing and the electrical since Jason had all ready completed the rest of the home inspection. This is what I thought was going to take place, I was out of town at the time of the inspection so I was not with Carl Johnson at the time of the inspection. Carl did a great job but he one major problem, and that is he did a entire home inspection and wanted to be paid for a complete home inspection instead of plumbing and electrical. This conflicts with me because I already paid Jason for the same work Carl did and he knew this. His excuse which I tried to look up was that it's against the law to just to plumbing or electrical. I don't know this to be true,and I didn't want my credit to be ruined by this guy so I just paid him. In his defense he did a great inspection, which will be very helpful for me in the future. I just don't get why people try to do things like this, when people are trying to buy a house, and he knew that I already paid Jason for the same work minus the electrical and plumbing.
