PC Works did a great job of removing the virus I knew about and multiple others that I was not aware were infecting my laptop. The soperting speed has significantly increased on my computer. I brought the laptop into the shop in the morning and was able to take it home that afternoon.

They came to my to house to save all my data. They were very prompt. They are always here when they said they would be here. If they were going to be late they would always call. They left all  perfect when they left.

From his remote location, he accessed my computer and downloaded specific cleanup programs. He used these tool to clean up my computer. He spent the better part of 4 hours working on the computer.

Very well. With minimal explanation by me and maximum comprehension by PC Works I got exactly what I wanted. I just sat back and the tech did everything MUCH quicker than I expected. Not a hobbyist, but a degreed Computer Science expert. They also have computer sales, web hosting, design, on-site service, free pickup and delivery, remote repair, upgrades, training. and everything else. Very good customer service and communication, good advice. Family business.
