Christ was able to work with our HVAC contractor to give us a new roof while they were installing a new heating and air conditioning unit.  The men were courteous and cleaned up all debris.

Charged about $1000 for the first repair.  It still leaked.  They came out promptly to fix what they charged me to fix in the first place.  It still leaks.  Their phone mail box is full.  Can't leave a message. 

Need to find another roof repair person and pay all over to get the roof fixed.

I had an emergency with my roof leaking around the swamp cooler and into my kitchen light fixture in November 2013. When I called they initially said that I was about 13th on the list for service but they did manage to work me in and were able to come the very next day. When my roof continued to leak after the temporary patch repair the owner came out on Saturday to patch the roof again. They were very professional and courteous, although it did take about a week and a half for them to email me a receipt.
The roof began leaking again and I ended up contacting this company again in August. I called them 3 times and left 2 messages however no one ever answered the phone or called me back. I ended up calling another roofing company who informed me that any work done by a licensed contractor should be guaranteed for 2 years. I tried to inquire about this with Superior roofing but could never reach them and never got a call back. Very frustrating.

We kept having some leaks and we had a particular problem area that the guy explained to my husband. It had to do with the way the place was constructed originally. So he actually built an area up on the roof and then we had Superior Roofing of Northern Arizona LLC put a whole new roof on. They really did a good job. They first came out to start working on taking off the old roof and it was icy up there, so they had to work under some difficult conditions but boy they were very responsive and if we had a problem after that, they came out and took care of it. We needed a new fascia board in one area, they even went out and matched the paint. They were great. I thought that the price was very reasonable for all that they had to do. They had given us a quote on just doing work in that one area and then a quote on doing a whole new roof. For the difference, we just decided we'd go ahead and just get the whole new roof.

This company is great.
I just purchase the property. The house has cathedral ceilings with no attic space. So, I was concerned about the probability of heat buildup on the second floor in the summer time. Chris Dowland (company owner) came out and gave me an estimate for replacing the roof, and made suggests on the proper way to vent the roof to avoid the heat buildup. His solution seemed to take the right approach and technically sound. I found suggestions made by the other roofing companies to be technically flawed in one way or another.

Chris stands behind his work. He gave a full 10 year warrantee on workmanship. All the other companies offered only 2 year warranties on their workmanship.

The work was completed in a very professional manner. Chris and his crew showed up on time, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. They left the job site clean at the end of each day. And the quality of their work is exceptional and at a fair price .
I would recommend this company to anyone. They got the job done right and at a good price. I would hire them again in a minute, and i probably will in the future.

The owner, Chris Dowland, does the estimates and is a hands on owner. He worked directly with the roofing crew, coordinated the delivery of materials, and the removal & replacement of the A/C unit.  Our roof is an approximately 2000 sq. ft. flat roof on a Santa Fe style home. Superior Roofing removed the old roofing and replaced with a new torch down roof over a two day period.  They removed approximately 2/3 of the roof and replacing it the first day, so the roof wasn't left exposed in case of rain. On the second day Chris arranged for an heating & A/C contractor to disconnect our A/C unit, a crane lifted the unit off of the roof while the roofing material was replaced. The A/C was then replaced and reconnected.  Chris and the crew were courteous, professional, and cleaned up after themselves.  Superior Roofing provided their own 10 year guarantee on workmanship and materials on top of the roofing manufacture's warranty. I would highly recommend this roofing contractor.

Chris spent a lot of time with us in determining what needed to be done and provided us with samples of replacement shingles so we could make a proper selection. After the contract was signed, his crew showed up on time and performed a professional job. The job was properly staffed and went fast. They were attentive to our inquiries and obviously were careful in doing a good job. They performed a good cleanup of the area around the house afterwards, to ensure all nails and debris were picked up. Using the paint from the gutter downspout project, he even painted the mailbox post (with our blessing), which sorely needed painting! We would use Chris again.
