They were efficient and they did what was expected. They were on time. They give us a time frame for when they are going to come. The guy was very nice.

I have been using SOS on a monthly basis for scorpion control since May of 2006.  Their price has stayed the same for the 5 years I have been using them.  They are usually prompt as I asked them for a first Saturday of the month 7-9 service time.  I believe they have only been out of that service time once or twice the entire 5 years.  They always give me a courtesy reminder call the day before.  They are thorough and efficient.  Before I used them, I was seeing about 2-3 scorpions/night.  For the last 5 years, I see maybe one scorpion a year, and when I tell them that, they inspect the house thoroughly.Also, I appreciate that they do not try to up sell and include services I do not need.  I know other neighbors have been talking about companies that say they need to 'treat' the entire house for up to $1000.  When the inspector first came out, he pointed out a few cracks that the scorpions could be using to get into the house, and recommended I buy a $10 can of foam from Home Depot rather than charging an exorbitant amount of money for an extra service.

I like them very much. They are prompt, efficient, and friendly. They provide good service. I have a second home and they are willing to help me out on that as well.

It’s about $55 a month. They have an excellent technical person who is the one that actually does the treatment. I have been using their services for two years now. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

THE SERVICE PEOPLE WERE POLITE AND FRIENDLY. THEY EXPLAINED THE PROCEDURE TO BE DONE AND WHY IT WAS A GOOD IDEA TO UTILIZE PEST CONTROL. THEIR PRICING WAS REASONABLE.
