Pleasant experience when agreeing to services by phone. We had them provide services for us monthly for three months, believing the company would redeem themselves. We had agreed to spraying inside and outside, including block walls and detached garage. Every month a different technician would arrive, not at agreed up time, and not know where they were to spray, inside? outside?. Wanted to explain why we cancelled service after months, and employee didn't want reason why, just ok to cancel.
