They did an excellent job, with superb craftsmanship, & we were extremely satisfied with the finished covered patio. The contractor gave us a bid & complied with the agreed price completely. They were on the job on time, & many times came early & stayed later to complete a specific stage in the construction. If there were any changes during the construction, he would come over to our home & discuss them with us in advance. The contractor & his workers were very pleasant & easy to work with, & a joy to have around our home. We would not hesitate to hire him for any future project.

They did a superb job & we were very pleased with their workmanship. They were easy to work with & came to our home several times, during the planning stages, to make sure all the details were worked out in advance. They were friendly & pleasant to have around & will be doing another job (putting a gable roof over our concrete patio at the back of our home). We highly recommend Rosey Construction for any home building projects. They also build quality custom homes. We have seen some of their homes & were very impressed with the workmanship & curb appeal of the homes.

Working with Doc was a pleasure from the beginning to the end. He showed up on time to give an estimate and every day that he said he would be here at a specified time. He is professional and trustworthy. The back deck project went so smoothly that I decided to move up the date to re-do the front deck as well! Both projects went along as expected & I'm thrilled with the quality of Doc's work!

The job went well, given the minor hiccups we expected. Doc was reliable in his communication; we always knew what was happening and when it was going to happen. There was some consternation with a couple of the subcontractors but Doc was effective in running interference for us. This is not the first job Rosey Construction has done for us and it most likely won't be the last. He delivers what he says he will deliver in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price.

The installation went perfectly. Doc, the owner of Rosey Construction, helped us pick out the right door and window. On the day of the installation he arrived on time, with all of the necessary tools and materials. The job was finished sooner than I expected, and the results are just what we wanted. We were very pleased with the entire experience.

Working with Doc has been such a pleasure. Heis a genuinely nice person. Very responsive to us. Keeps in frequent contact which he initiates and always is available when we have questions or concerns worked with us when issues arose. All his subcontractors were professional and reliable, too. We highly recommend him.

SEAMLESS. Our mobile had just been bought by us when we realized that even with a great home inspector; there could be no way to see what the owner was not disclosing . Rosey Construction found potentially dangerous water leaks, mold issues, electrical hazards, un-insulated walls, shoddy, SLOPPY work, sub flooring defects covered by NEW carpet that was Installed by a major home improvement store. Pictures were taken..unbelievable. Finally with a solid plan Doc set our minds at peace. He found ways to save us money while still providing quality work and up to code. Again he kept in full communication with us the whole time politely and again impeccably . In the near future, we plan to utilize Doc's skills for additional projects. Due to the distance from our house to Doc's job, he even watered the yard every time he was there to ensure our plants and trees remained healthy. We even have great roses thanks to Doc; maybe that's why he calls it Rosey Construction! His wife, Patti also put her heart into communications with us. A very happy and satisfied family. The project was completed on time, on budget and was performed by a crew of excellent craftsmen. We had dealt with other contractors in the past and suffered through time delays, crews not showing up and many other issues. This did not happen with Rosey construction. In fact, Doc came out before he bid the project to make sure there would be no surprises and to make sure he had the right people for the job. Every one that showed up completed their assignments with the highest of quality and professionalism and when they were finished, you would have never known they were there. The were fast, efficient and clean.

We can't say enough about the work Doc did for us and we will definitely use him and recommend his company in the future.

Doc (Rosey Const.) found the least expensive method and proceeded with professionalism, extremely good work ethic, speed, and thoroughness expected from contractors. I would hire Rosey Const. again for any home projects. You can't go wrong with Doc/Rosey Construction.

Doc is a hard worker.
He made sure he understood what I wanted. He was able to give thoughtful suggestions. Also, when there was a problem, he
discussed the issue and gave options to fix the situation. He communicated frequently and kept me updated on progress. He is honest and reliable. He does what he says. The work is quality. He went the extra mile. When there was a problem with a permit. He went to the office and sat and waited much of a morning to see the supervisor. Most contrators would not have done that. In addition, he made sure that the price of subcontractors was reasonable and fair. If it was not, he sought out another. He found ways to cut cost without reducing the quality or overall project. He was helpful and good to work with

Over a year ago we had our whole house tiled but did not have the finishing quarter round molding put down. My wife finally said do it my self or get some one. I called 3 contractors from Angie's list and Rosey Construction had the best price. I called to schedule the install and Doc said he could be there next week. I took him only 2 days to install the quarter round. He did a beautiful job and took the time to do the little extra finishing touches, like wrapping around the end of the molding.

Rosey Construction performed all contracted work and requested assistance at the highest grade of quality and professionalism that one could expect.  And I'm tough to satisfy.  BP.

I contacted Rosey Construction about installing a wood laminate floor in our living room, and talked to Doc, the owner. We had already purchased the flooring from a discount supplier, but Doc looked at it and said that he would be able to install it. We were worried that the job would be too small, but he gave us a very reasonable cost estimate for the installation, and worked around our schedule to come up with a time to do the installation. He arrived exactly at the scheduled time, with all of the tools and materials for the installation.
The flooring installation went very smoothly. The trim around the edge was a challenge because of the thickness of the tile and the wood flooring, but Doc came up with a solution that worked very nicely. The end result is beautiful, and we are very happy with the entire project. Doc is a pleasure to work with, his prices are very reasonable, and he didn't quit until we were satisfied with every aspect of the job.
I would recommend Rosey construction for any construction project, large or small.

The owner of the company, Doc, came out and inspected the house for the estimate. He was very friendly and was willing to discuss a wide range of options to keep the price low but at the same time provide the highest quality roof. I was also interested in installing some tube skylights, and he was very willing to do the skylight installation at the same time as the roofing. The estimate that Doc provided was significantly lower than the 3 other companies that we had contacted for estimates, and since it seemed that Rosey Construction would do as good a job if not better than the others, we chose them. He helped us choose the best shingles for the lowest price, giving us a wide range of colors to choose from. The skylight installation, which was done first, went very smoothly, and we were very happy with the results. The roof installation went very well also. The communication about what was going on was very good, and they were very good about cleaning up as the work progressed. The work is done, and we are very pleased with the results. We have a beautiful new roof, the price was very reasonable, and the experience was very positive. We would definitely choose Rosey Construction for any roofing or other general contracting work in the future.
