Doug and his team (David & Jared) were fantastic. They did a great job with the water & mold mitigation. They called us when they were on their way out & always communicated what they were going to do and what was next. They were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of service!

They were very, very accommodating. About four people came out to do the work. It took them about four months to finish, but that's because I was sick. They allowed for extra time, so we wouldn't have to have the mold spores in the air. They're very, very accommodating. The air in our home since they did the work has been excellent and I've felt wonderful.

I want to say how grateful I am for honest, compassionate, business owners like Doug Baillie of PuroClean Disaster Response in the Prescott, AZ area. I had groundwater coming into a house I own, after recent rain and snow storms. My insurance did not cover the situation (needed additional "flood insurance") and another disaster response company wanted nearly $5,300 to simply take up and dispose of two rooms of new wood laminate flooring, cut out and dispose of wet drywall, put in some fans and dehumidifiers, etc. Looking for other options, I read reviews for PuroClean online, checked the Better Business Bureau, saw his 2014 Quad Cities "Best in Business" award for restoration services, and decided to call. I especially liked knowing his was a family run business franchise, and that he was a veteran with over 30 years of experience in disaster response work on nuclear submarines. In other words, he was definitely an expert in his field.

Calling Doug was the best thing I could have done! I told him I wanted to do as much as I could on my own to keep costs down, while still ensuring the health and safety of the residents, as well as the structure itself. He took the time to walk me through all the steps I needed to take, even going so far as to detail the type of masks I should get and cautioning me not to use bleach on the wood studs, etc. After taking up all the wet wood, cutting dry wall, and airing out the rooms over the weekend, I called Doug on Monday and requested he come out to inspect for any dampness or mold we might have missed. I planned to hire him to do whatever remaining work was needed. He not only came out promptly that same afternoon, but was also very thorough and professional in his inspection. After testing and marking for me a couple of spots on the drywall that needed a little more cutting, he said that we had done everything right, that the rooms were drying out well on their own, and that we would not need any additional remediation. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism and would not hesitate to call on him again. Furthermore, I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone needing fire, flood, mold, or disaster cleanup.
