High and low spots in my LVP, come to find out there is cardboard boxes from the LVP to hide the high and low spots. They actually used snd glued the cardboard boxes to the foundation and glued LVP down to the foundation. They gave be wrong size blinds and damaged every cabinet. I starting to see more and more corners cut along with my granite that was dropped, chipped and seemed back together. Pictures below

We went to this store as it had high ratings on Angie's List.  We spoke with sales consultant Pam.  Pam was informative, relaxed and had an obvious mastery of floor coverings.  We soon decided to get an estimate for our job.  Tony came out, did the measurements and gave us the estimate.  No pressure at all.  The estimate was not a bargain but we do not mind paying if we get value for our money.  We did.  Carpeting was ordered and installation scheduled.  The father and son team arrived on time with the correct product.  They were courteous, conversational and very good at their jobs.  They moved furniture without complaint and went over and above by moving a large safe out of the way.  We'd thought they would carpet around it but they just moved it instead.  The work was done well, in a timely manner and they cleaned up.  In all, a very good experience.

It is wonderful. I am very happy with them. They messed up on appointments. I sat here all morning waiting for them to come. I called them. They said that had goofed up and that they weren't even scheduling us that day. I jumped up and down, yelled and screamed a lot and got them to come out. We are planning on using them again in the future.

The service went very well. They did what they said they were going to do and they did it timely, within the price they initially offered.

They had some things to do with when they did laminate because the floor underneath, the concrete, was uneven to begin with. But they absolutely managed to work something out.

Jeff came with his team and did the install.? We stayed overnight in a hotel as they started early and we were told it would be two days.? Our home is small with one bedroom.? I had a few issues after the installation and they were very prompt in coming back out and dealing with the issues.? My floor is a beautiful hardwood...it was expensive, over $5000.00 for just over 350 sq. feet.? I sincerely believe you get what you pay for and really am enjoying my floor.
