Matt took the time to test the watch over a couple of days with a new
battery and let me know that the was not the problem and that it was the
watch itself was starting to wear out due to it's age. The watch was
working and Matt only charged me a portion of what a new battery would
cost and told me that the watch would work for a while but since it was
worn out would not hold a full charge and eventually give out. He did
not recommend replacing it or having it sent back to Seiko for repair
due to the cost of the watch repair versus the value of the watch. Was
quite honest and fair and will utilize him for all watch and clock
services.

My friend, who is blind, needed a new battery for his "talking watch".....So, off to see Matt we went
While Matt replaced the battery in my friend's watch, he cleaned my Rolex for me.
Matt chared us $8 for replacing the battery on the "talking watch" and gave me back my cleaned Rolex and didn't charge me because he had it being cleaned while he replaced the battery in my friend's watch.
Matt is just tremendous to deal with.
Also, Matt has a bunch of "stuff"....watches, jewelry, etc. in his shop that he sells....even an O.J. Simpson watch which I've never seen before and don't plan on seeing again.
