Pool Brite Inc

Rick has worked for me a number of years. I posted him to angieslist early in 2014.
Over that Summer my pool was consistently green. 
He shorted me on chemicals ( I had to buy my own to maintain my pool).
He does not return calls once you are a customer.
The kicker was when he came to close up my pool in November 2014.
He took away 2 sand filters that could have been fixed and new sand put in and left me with a paper
filter.
This year when I hired another guy to get the pool up and running we found that 2 of the paper filter ($80.@) were flawed and would compromise the operation of the filter. 
He left me with a flawed filter and took 2 filters that could have been reconditioned. I had to buy a new sand filter so this all cost me a lot of money.
Cordial guy but thats where it stops.
Be careful if you hire this guy.

Rick has been in the pool business a long time. He really know his stuff.
I have a vinyl 40' lap pool. He's the only one in the area who knows how to maintain them.
He works on all other pools as well.
He know the latest and best chemicals for any pool.
He's friendly and explains clearly what he is doing. He in the Verde Vally on Mondays for pool maintenance and repair.
He's prices are competitive with all the other local guys.

Rick was friendly and accommodating. During a remodel, the tub had to be moved from the bedroom back into the bath into its original location. Rick readily agreed to come on Saturday morning, and brought a helper. They were quite careful not to damage the new tile floors moving the VERY heavy and unwieldy tub back into place. He then improved on the previous installation, hooked up the plumbing and electrical and thoroughly tested everything.
We were extremely satisfied with this experience.

It was a really great experience. I'll use him again for problems and repairs. Nice guy!
