Terrible. I booked and prepaid for a 20 yard roll-off dumpster 6 weeks in advance to coincide with remodel work I contacted for my home. The dumpster driver showed up this morning (right on time) with a smaller dumpster than the one I ordered and prepaid for. I called the customer service department and talked to some jerk who has no people skills at all. He said he can bring me out the dumpster I ordered but they would charge me another $75. I said what? I'm not paying for them to correct their mistake. I finally got him to agree I should not pay the extra fee, then all of a sudden he said he didn't know when he can get me the dumpster I ordered 6 weeks ago... like it magically just disappeared. Then said, if I use the smaller one before they replace it (whenever that might be because he had no idea if or when) I would be charged for using the smaller one. Then he said he could just charge me a lower rate for the smaller dumpster, but of course that is a problem because I will fill it up faster with the remodel work being done and that will cost me more since I have to have it dumped more often because of the size. I asked him when he might be able to get me the dumpster I ordered and prepaid for and he said he had no idea. Could not even tell me when he might call me back with that info. Now I have a tear out from the remodel going on and its going to pile up until such time as they ever call me back to replace the dumpster and bring me what I ordered, plus my ten day rental period clock is already ticking and they will charge me more the longer this drags out. This company has no customer service skills and apparently does not understand that we have a WRITTEN CONTRACT and they have violated that agreement. Unreal. Find someone else to do business with, I know I will.
