Our first call was returned within 30 minutes. We set up an appointment for the pest control specialist, Chris Crosby, the following week. He gave us a time frame and arrived within that time. He did a thorough inspection, explained everything he would do.
He gave us a written estimate and made an appointment to do the work.
He was running a little late for his scheduled appointment 2 weeks later, but he called us early, letting us know his new arrival time. This really impressed us as most service companies don't bother with that courtesy.
He arrived as promised, did all the work in an efficient manner. He is very knowledgeable and a very nice young man.
After completing the work, he made an appointment to come back in two weeks to recheck the work. Again, he showed up as promised.
We were very impressed with the service and this associate.
We would certainly recommend him to anyone who needed pest control.
