Everything was good. The work they did was excellent. There were some issues with the furnace itself and not with them. Instead of passing me off and just making me wait for the manufacturer, they came out here and put a brand new unit in. So, I was happy with that. Their responsiveness was good. There were no problems with their punctuality at all.
