They took our computer apart for a free diagnosis. They were unable to make the repair but kept our computer for 3.5 weeks. When our computer was finally returned they had given us back the wrong hard drive and given our hard drive to someone else. We've been trying to call them every day and now they aren't even taking our calls. We just need our hard drive back at this point. They said they tried to make a call to the people that have our hard drive but each time we call back they say they haven't heard anything back from the people. It's a real privacy issue and we don't feel like they're taking the issue seriously. They hung up on us the last time we called. They didn't solve our problem, they made it worse.

I took the computer to them. They were good. They gave my husband a 20% discount because he was a veteran. That's why I liked them.
