We needed a termite inspection very quickly. He came a day after we contacted him and charged a very reasonable price. Totally satisfied!

We are currently in escrow for a house in Prescott. We were having our general inspection and I emailed Granite Mountain Pest and Termite to see if they could come out during the same time frame. They were able to meet us there and worked with our inspector and an HVAC estimator to share access to the crawl space and attic. Our technician gave us a complete verbal report on site. We received his written report via email that afternoon... a Friday before a three-day weekend. We appreciated his thoroughness.

Tom is not only a great guy, but a true professional in his line of work. He really knows what he is doing and treats his customers fairly. I have him come out every few months to spray. I would not go to anyone else!

Tom arrived on time and did a thorough and complete job of spraying listing everything that was done on the invoice including how much product was used and what kind. Since then, the only bugs we see are dead bugs. Tom answers all of our questions and is flexible when we need to change our scheduled date. Thank you!
