The work was performed in a timely manner

Dale did an outstanding job the 3 times he was at my house.  This is the reason I contacted him on subsequent occasions.  He's knowledgeable in his job and was able to fix the problem areas.  Dale is polite and professional in his dealings with everyone.  I was not at the house on 2 of the occasions, but had a representative meet Dale to do the repairs.  My representative was very complimentary of Dale and described him as a good person and easy to work with.  I will definitely call Dale again and have already highly recommended him to several neighbors.

We wanted a new front door. We went to Home Depot, purchased a pre-hung door but didnit want to try to insall ourselvs. We called Dale Carroll the owner of Discount home Service and he came out and gave us an estiment. His man showed up on time, did a very good job and got it done the same day. He had to remove the molding on the inside to make the install. He replaced the molding and all we had to do was a little touch up on the inside paint. he offered to come back and do this but it was so miner we didn't need for him to return.
The owner of this company never takes money up front. He will estimate the job and after it is done he will send an invoice that includes a 2% net thirty discount. His pricing is fare and not over budget.

The technician's name was Steve. The work was challenging at time and he maintained a great attitude the entire time. He really knew what he was doing and did a great job. I would highly recommend him to others.

The job went well, however it took several trips(sessions) because material had to dry several times between coats of plaster mud and paint.

I called late morning to set up a date/time to have the outlet replaced. Electrician was here by 3 p.m. the same day.

Their work is excellent. We have recommend them to others who have also been satisfied. We would hire them again. The clean up is immaculate. They are show up on time each day.
