Cornerstone Outdoor Living LLC, Mark Winiker does not follow plans, ignores required utilities, leaves work incorrectly installed and unfinished. Their only area of expertise is evading the process server for my Yavapai County Court lawsuit for $7600 of the $17,800 I paid them. All six significant landscape scope items were installed incorrectly, incomplete and in the wrong area not following clear plans for the project. I have to pay a real landscape company more money to remove their incorrect work. This has been two years of a horrible and expensive experience.
