We are in the process of a remodel and our contractor arranged for Cole Quality Tile to install the tile in our shower and on the floor. Cole and his partner did an exceptional job. They were detail oriented and the installation came out perfectly. Cole defines professionalism, is courteous and works very hard. We made a few last minute changes, and he was very flexible and accommodating. Both the floor and the shower are beautiful - everything is aligned, perfectly smooth and even. We could not be happier with his workmanship - we highly recommend him.

Cole was very professional, he came out gave us a fair bid, completion date, and we agreed to have him do our job. We had a problem with our painter and had to push tile back and Cole was able to work with us and he was still able to get the job done when we needed it done. We also had issues with a couple of our doors and Cole once again helped us find doors and find someone to install them. After Cole s guys were done with job my shower drain wouldn t work and seeing how they just finished the shower I called Cole first, he said he didn t think it was their mistake but came out and got it unplugged and sure enough it had old rocks and concrete pieces that someone put down there, not any material they would use. The moral of the story is Cole takes great pride in providing the Best Customer Service out there, and I would definitely use them and recommend Cole anytime!

Have used several different tile installers over years in various projects. Without a doubt Cole was the best installer we've ever used. He is detailed and leaves nothing undone from preparation to final finishing. When it comes to final clean up he get's an AAA+ rating. We were under a tight schedule for completion and Cole not only met the deadline but finished a bit earlier. If you need tile work...Cole is the guy.

Excellent tile layer

The job got completed in a timely manner, and we are happy. Prior to contacting Cole's we had called 2 different places, and they never have gotten back to us! We will use Cole's for any future jobs. UPDATE 2/10/2020: Mark had some excellent ideas that we ended up using. He was detailed and a perfectionist. The job turned out better than what we imagined. Dust control is very important when removing tile & thinset, but Cole & his worker did a great job of masking off the area to keep dust away from rest of house!
