Not only did he help me find the right tile after going to 10 stores with no success, but he made sure we were able to meet a critical deadline despite an hour commute for him. His work is impeccable and you just don't see that level of craftsmanship in someone his age. His price was fair, although he could have taken advantage of the situation I was in and I wouldn't approach a tile project without him now!
