C Higgins Custom Homes is a residential general contractor that specializes in most of your home improvement needs. Most work is completed by the owner Chad Higgins personally. We only use subcontractors for certain trades such as whole house plumbing, electrical and HVAC. We are willing to come to you 7 days a week to give you an estimate on whatever you need completed. We are willing to travel up to 50 miles from Prescott Valley to give a free estimate. Beyound the 50 mile range estimate fees can be negotiated. My estimates are always competitive and returned in an expedient fashion. At C Higgins Custom Homes we pride ourselves on doing quality work with no prejudice to the size or type of your project.
