They'd indicated they could provide a single remote to control all of the equipment. I gave him money upfront, about $300, to install the connections for the remote. The remote however, did not work. I called to inform him it wasn't working and he said he'd come the next morning. He agreed to fit to my busy schedule the next day. He called late that same day and said he was going to reschedule. I insisted he make good on this and to make arrangements with me soon. I've never heard from him again and he's not taking my calls. I made calls to the manufacturer only to find that the remote he'd provided was an out of date model and not efficient for the purpose intended. None of the electronics work properly from the remote which is a shame because I have a lot of expensive equipment and it doesn't function. My experience with him early on was positive but as the process evolved he became less and less availble. My grades reflect the latter.
