I was very satisfied. The workers were very pleasant, courteous and efficient. They even checked back to see how everything was. They cleaned up after themselves. They came when they were supposed to come.

The Arrowseal team was amazing!  We set up an appointment for an assessment.  At that time, Bryce - the field manager, spelled out all of the possible costs, depending on what he might find.  I loved that!  No hidden agendas!!
We discovered that there were many problems, especially because our home is older and not up to code. Again, Bryce explained all of our options and what we would need to do to make it right and to make our home energy efficient! After giving us our quote, we scheduled an appointment for the work which was just a few days later.  Also, we contacted APS to obtain some account information for a rebate that was subtracted from our cost! 
On the day of the scheduled work, the Arrowseal team showed up promptly.  They were polite and professional! They took care of moving furniture and covering up furniture. As mentioned, we knew that there were problems but as the team began working, more issues surfaced. Bryce and his team clearly communicated those problems and showed them to us. The  previous owners of our home had done some pretty scetchy stuff!!  The team worked all day and returned the next day as well.  We were told upfront of additional costs.  For example, in our laundry room, the ducting was so badly damaged from remodeling work (from the previous owners), the team had to cut holes in our ceiling in order to repair the duct system. By the time they were done, including replacing sheet rock and painting, it looked perfect!! 
During the assessment, we also asked Bryce to look over the venting on our dryer.  The previous owners put together a 'make shift' venting system that was pretty flimsy.  So, we scheduled another day with Arrowseal to redo the entire dryer system. Again, the cost was explained upfront. Again, they did a great job!!  We are now safe!!  
When the Arrowseal team arrived , our degree of leakage was 907 CFM - the equivalent to a 172 square inch hole!!  Now the degree of leakage is 14 CFM - equivalent to a 3 square in hole!!  This is a 99% reduction in duct leakage!!  And our heating and cooling capacity improvement for duct sealing is 43%!!!!  Our energy bills are going down!!!
We can feel the difference- the house heats up faster!  We can see the difference  - no dust in our house!!.  And, we can breathe the difference-  fewer allergies!!

I wasn't there, but my Wife said the two person team was couteous, efficient, professional and above all else in her eyes, extremely clean.  My Wife is a clean freak and was impressed.  That speaks volumes, as that is rarely the case.  She doesn't give compliments very often but said we will regard arrowseal as our only choice next time we need these services

Two guys, both named Matt, arrived a couple of hours late because their earlier job ran later than expected. They called earlier in the day and gave the option of re-scheduling or getting a late start. We took the late start option because we were anxious to get our issues with the system resolved. These guys were friendly, efficient and had helpful suggestions for us. They had already experienced a long day but you would not have known it by their positive attitude (and sense of humor) and efficient performance. I found their quality of work to be high and they cleaned up completely when they were done. We have noticed a real difference from their work. This process started with a visit by Bryce to review our circumstances and provide a cost estimate. He was likewise professional and courteous, and we felt comfortable with his recommendations and price quote (no perception of "up selling" unnecessary services). This is a good company, based on our experience.

They were professional, efficient, and friendly. They worked fast, cleaned up after themselves, and gave us the paperwork for the rebate.  We were pleased.

They Inspected the heater and AC ducts in our house we purchased earlier in the year.  They were referred to us by the plumber who recently replaced our hot water heater.  They came out promptly, they were courteous, spent a reasonable amount of time on the inspection.  They said they found our duct work in great condition and did not need to be cleaned or sealed at this time.  Needless to say we were quite pleased.

The technician called to see if she could arrive a bit earlier than planned, which we appreciated. She knew exactly what to check and quickly diagnosed what was wrong. She showed us the bad fuse, showed us the difference between our old fuse and the new one, and showed us exactly where to look (to see the other fuse or fuses) if we had the same problem in the future. The charge was what we were originally quoted as the base service charge plus less than $10 for the replacement fuse. She was professional and very friendly.

All work was exactly when I was told it would be done and for the price quoted.  All of the people who came in to do the work were polite and cleaned up after themselves.  I would and have recommended them to others.
