All About Kleen

We had a few issues with workmanship, such as the baseboard cuts and dog hairs not vacuumed up before waxing.  Good job forming and tiling steps. Work completed.

When I called All About Kleen to arrange for some carpet cleaning, I was greeted promptly and considerately.  I was able to schedule the carpets to be cleaned within three days.  Ken Mitchell, the man who did the work, called before he came and showed up on time.  He was friendly, polite and did a thorough and professional job, being carful to ensure that the equipment and hoses being brought into the house did not damage or dirty the floors and walls.   

As you can see from my ratings, I was very pleased with Ken's work.  I will definitely call him again when I need carpet or furniture cleaned.

Ken, the service tech, came about two weeks prior to thoroughly inspect our carpeting and gave us a quote, as well as set up an appointment time, Oct. 18, 2012. We were concerned because of the fact that we have two dogs and six cats. He assured us he had some pretty good chemicals that could help with all questionable stains. His quote for all that he was going to do, including an area rug, we felt was most reasonable and fair.

As far as the details, Ken called us the day before to confirm the time and even called us in the morning to let us know that he was on his way. Ken was extremely professional, courteous, efficient, and even helped us with some of the heaviest pieces of furniture. We were so amazed at the quality of the work, and after 12 years of wear, could not believe how it came out almost brand new again!

Ken made sure he put styrofoam discs under all legs of our furniture, to avoid any rust spots. He promised us it would not take long at all to dry, but he followed up with another call the next morning, just to make sure all was dry, and if there were any other questions or concerns. In other words, he well represents his company, All About Kleen, to the hilt, to make sure we were 100% satisfied, and we are!
