IT WAS A SEMI EMERGENCY SITUATION, A LEAK IN THE ROOF IN WINTER. THEY CAME OUT PROMPTLY TO INSPECT, SAW STRAIGHT AWAY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, GAVE ME A FAIR PRICE AND TOOK CARE OF IT VERY QUICKLY. CLEANED UP BEHIND THEMSELVES. NO MORE LEAKS AFTERWARDS!
