He is nice and quick. He arrives when he says he will, and finishes the job when he says he will. He has always done a good job for us.

Arrived on time, crew worked hard and finished ahead of schedule. Adrian is very easy to work with and offered solutions to changes in work with ease. Recommended to all.

I asked for high quality gravel and rock after looking at neighbors jobs with another company. Adrian continued to insult me that I was asking for the best, implying I was some kind of snob. We came to an agreement, and I had to search for credit money to meet the price $21,000 (after conferring with that other company who said the price was a little high ( they might be able to do it for $2000 less but couldn't start for a month). When the money was available, Adrian had a personal issue that delayed it for another week. He arrived with at least 20 plants I didn't want and never agreed to. When I told him the plants I wanted he didn't want to warrant them although they were common native plants. Come to find out the nursery he deals with doesn't have very high quality plants or much selection, just basic cheap common low level building contractor plants. I bought plants myself at Watters when he didn't have what I wanted. The job got more contentious, and more difficult. He in effect didn't meet the contract. He didn't meet HOAMCO standards. And plants died because his workers didn't turn on the irrigation and waterers properly.

Job started on time and crew showed up earlly and worked late . Job was finished quickly and properly ,crew cleaned up site very pleased with the finished job

Owner came to my home to give a written estimate within an hour after I called. He began the work 2 days later with 2 workmen who put in approx. 3 solid days of labor over a 4-day period. I felt that the owner had a good handle on just how the job should be done and he walked me around, showing me what he intended to do and I agreed with his assessment. He told me the labor price could go up if they ran into solid granite while digging, but that was never a problem. His crew showed up on time and the owner stayed in contact with me during the job, letting me know what was happening. I was very satisfied with all aspects of the work provided; however, I feel that his price was exorbitant. I could pretty well estimate what he was paying his 2 laborers and, of course, I want to pay the owner for his overhead and time. But the job worked out to more than $1500/day, very little of which was for actual materials. Would I hire him again? Maybe, but I would insist on a more thorough accounting of costs and would get at least 2 other estimates for comparison.
