These guys know how to keep a schedule and a budget! They will do the job in the time they promise, for the amount agreed upon and everything will be done in a professional manner. They communicate thoroughly throughout the process which I really appreciated. If there are changes- you will get it in writing and know clearly what the price difference will be. They have worked on high end homes as well as modest homes requiring simple remodeling of such things as converting garages to bedrooms. They are well versed in bathroom/kitchen remodeling, tile and stone work and have a good eye for design and color. In addition, they are approved to perform work on homes build prior to 1978 where lead-based paint is an issue since the new EPA requirements state even small repairs ( 2x3 area) require a contractor approved by the EPA to handle potential lead based paint hazard remodeling. They are licensed in Arizona and have only legal resident employees. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Price-wise, they are going to be competitive. They may not actually be the cheapest bid you will get, but when you consider that you will not have to worry with call backs, or rounding up the contractor or subs to actually get the job done, they are well worth a little extra than someone cheaper who may not show up and will leave things hanging. They can coordinate the job start to finish and make everybody happy, on time, on budget, creative and reliable. No complaints- only praise.
