The sum total of Kathy's efforts to market our home was to list it on MLS and try to convince us to lower the price by $60,000. Our home was not listed at Realtor.com, but rather on some hard to find Web site. On three occasions other realtors told us that they could not find our home on the Internet. No advertising of our home was done. Not once (in almost 5 months) did she or any other member of Aspen Properties show our home to a potential buyer. When the home finally did sell, near the price for which we had been insisting, she tried to claim that her commission should be more than that stated in the contract. In each case that there was a negotiable point, rather than representing our interests to a potential buyer, she worked only to convince us to settle.
