David Gideon of Parker Development was always prompt, professional and did a superior job. I could not ask for a better contractor. I am totally satisfied with the finished product and would recommend him for further jobs and to others.

I was out of town when the construction was to begin. Right from the start, the plans called for the foundation of the Garage to be over our electrical service to the cabin. We were required to move the foundation. David used Drone technology to send me photos on the best location to reset the Foundation. I cannot express how well the job went and all the added touch's David made. It was as if he was building his own garage. He out performed our expectations. I wouldn't look to anyone else for future construction or remodeling needs.
