I came into this from out of town, like 2000 miles out of town looking for a retirement property. I hooked up with Zip Realty and ultimately Deb Dewees was my Agent. She was able to show me several homes that met my criteria. She didn't try to sell me something way over my head or something I just didn't want. I didn't know the areas very well and she understood that. So she made sure that i had brochures and the proper websites to do some homework.
Anyway, from the beginning to the end Debbie was my agent. She made sure all of the purchasing process was complete and relieved me of having to do any of it. That's what Agents are supposed to do,right? All I had to do was pack up and move in.
Our families have since become good friends with each other.
