Rondi Egenes of Windermere Real Estate actually was the agent of this fine company who sold our large waterfront home in one day for full price. There were details to deal with, after inspection, due to an encroachment of an adjacent waterfront property. She stayed the course, keeping all parties at ease and in the deal. And it did close. She also negotiated the buy of what we moved into ... a waterfront condo in downtown Kirkland. and two years later (when we moved out of state) she sold that as well. All of that time she was and is still with Windermere. I have always been impressed with Rondi as well as her firm. Pros all around.
