They were constantly behind schedule did not supervise their sub-contractors well. Made excuses when problems occurred instead of making their subs fix the problem. We could not turn on the spa heater after the job was supposedly complete because they forgot to run a gas line for the spa and had to come back and run it two weeks later, dropped wet cement onto our pebble-tec and did not clean it up, using a photo during the sales pitch mis-represented how the fountain would look when it was finished, miscalculated where the pool would sit in the yard so that the pool took more space up and we lost more grass play area and had to re-design the pool fence. After the contract was signed detailing the work to be done for the contracted price of $35,171, and work began tried to get us to pay $300 extra when they could not remove a 15 foot part of a retaining wall as easily as they originally thought and had to use a rock hammer.

THEY HAD MORE STANDARD FEATURES AND UPGRADES TO OFFER FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE. PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE. ALL WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME WITHOUT ANY MAJOR DELAYS. MOST OF THE WORK WAS DONE IN A CLEAN MANNER. WE WERE ABLE TO HAND PICK THE BOULDERS FOR POOL EDGE AND WATERFALL TO OUR COLOR LIKING.

THEY REPLACED ALL THE PARTS IN THE POOL VACUUM. THEY MATCHED THE COLOR UP WELL WITH THE ORIGINAL KOOL DECK. NEEDS TO BE REMINDED ABOUT THE POOL ACCESS BEING LOCKED AND TO CALL AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.
